
Awesome, just awesome
I was a huge fan of the original "Bioshock".I loved how immersive and creepy the atmosphere was, or freaking out because I could hear the thumping of a Big Daddy's footsteps getting closer to me, but there was one idea, one concept that got me thinking. What if there were other civilizations, just like rapture, that were started by great ideas and ruined by them. I knew this was where 2K was going next, other civilizations, and I suddenly started seeing bioshock as a franchise, a series of games, not just as one game.
When the news and previews started coming out that Bioshock 2 was taking place in Rapture, I couldn't understand why. Everything was answered and done at the end of Bioshock, but I knew the developers wouldn't let me down. Then I saw that we would be playing as a Big Daddy, a huge over-powered, drill-wielding protector of the little sisters. Being a Big daddy would completely ruin the atmosphere for me and it would mean protecting the little sisters. Nevertheless I kept my preorder. I knew this rapture would be different since 2K Marin would be developing this game, but I still had faith it would turn out to be an amazing game. I was wrong.

Terrible, Just Terrible
So Now Here Are 3 Reasons Why BioShock: Infinite is the true sequel to Bioshock
1. New City: Bioshock is about civilizations gone wrong, so a true sequel should have a new city. Bioshock 2 was just recycled environments from the first game, except you played them as a Big daddy. Sequel? I don't think so. The new city (called "Columbia") is a city in the skies floating using hot air balloons. Also it's set in 1920, so if the robot arm in the teaser was any hint, I'm guessing there might be some steampunk.

2. Same Developer: Bioshock was created and developed at 2K Boston, so it would make sense that they would be the ones making the sequels. Bioshock 2 felt like a remake of the original with a different studio and a few things added, so the fact that 2K Bostonis back has got me excited.
3. Room for improvement: Bioshock 2 couldn't improve on the original because you would be playing as a Big Daddy, not a human being hunted down by… well, everything. The new game opens up lots of room for improvement, such as; changing plasmids/magic powers, non-linear gameplay and a whole new atmosphere, (so we don't know what's coming next).
